Golf Magazine has published its list of the Top 100 Golf Courses in the World  as judged by their panel of experts.

Scotland’s golf courses feature heavily on the list with 5 courses in the top 25 and 12 courses in the top 100. The Old Course in St Andrews is the highest ranked Scottish course at number 3. Ireland boasts 7 courses on the list with England featuring 10 courses. Wales has Royal Portcawl as its solitary entry. As a whole, the UK makes up over 30% of the Top 100 courses in the world.
